Our society tells us one thing, historically our church has told us another, and our families told us (or didn’t tell us) something completely different about NFP, sex, Catholic sexual ethics, and so many other topics.

I’ve been on this journey of healing mindset when it comes to sexuality, natural family planning, and intimacy, and I’d love to help you get there!

Catholic Sexuality Coaching Program

Sexuality coaching is for you if:

aren’t sure if something is “normal” in the bedroom or with your body
have questions about Catholic sexual ethics
have questions about discernment and how to communicate with your spouse about family planning
need a female friend or big sister to vent to about the difficulties surrounding NFP and sexuality

Coaching through issues of sexuality takes more than just a session or two of working together. This is why I have created the Catholic sexuality coaching program done asynchronously using the Signal app over the course of 2, 4, or 8 weeks.
